Celebrating Families: A Story Hour
We're thrilled to bring back our popular Story Hour event series this month with an afternoon dedicated to celebrating all different kinds of families!
We'll read three books that celebrate the idea that LOVE makes a family, provide some light snacks, and offer a kid-friendly activity to participate in that relates to the theme.
Bench Painting Party
We are so excited to partner with the Chattanooga Urbanist Society for a bench painting party! The Chattanooga Urbanist Society builds, paints, and installs benches in our community, usually at bus stops. They also initiate neighborhood trash pickups and advocate for pedestrian and bike-friendly spaces.
We'll be painting two benches for them. Kids are encouraged to attend! MSJ will provide the painting supplies - just make sure you are wearing clothes you don't mind getting paint on.

We'll be helping the incredible folks at B4ck pack binders for young people at the Seed Theater.
